Pursuant to section 187(cc) of the Family Proceedings Act 1980 and sections 66(d) and 147(2)(e) of the Care of Children Act 2004, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

  • This order is the Family Courts (Counselling Sessions) Regulations Revocation Order 2014.

2 Commencement
  • This order comes into force on 1 August 2014.

3 Family Courts (Counselling Sessions) Regulations 2012 revoked
4 Revocation of this order
  • This order is revoked on 30 March 2015.
