Pursuant to section 173 of the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Act 2009, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.

Regulations

1 Title
  • These regulations are the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Amendment Regulations 2014.

2 Commencement
  • These regulations come into force on 1 July 2014.

3 Principal regulations
4 Schedule, form 2 amended
  • In the Schedule, form 2, replace rule 6.3.3 of the District Courts Rules 2009 with rule 20.17(e) of the District Courts Rules 2014.

5 Schedule, form 4 amended
  • In the Schedule, form 4, replace rule 6.3.3 of the District Courts Rules 2009 with rule 20.17(e) of the District Courts Rules 2014.

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.

These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2014, make changes to the Criminal Proceeds (Recovery) Regulations 2009 consequential on the making of the District Courts Rules 2014.
