Pursuant to section 89(a) of the Road User Charges Act 2012, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following regulations.
These regulations are the Road User Charges Amendment Regulations 2015.
These regulations come into force on 1 July 2015.
These regulations amend the Road User Charges Regulations 2012 (the principal regulations).
In the Schedule, Part 2, before the heading “Towing vehicles part of 6 axle combinations”, insert:
“Towing vehicles part of 6 axle combinations”
In the Schedule, Part 2, revoke the items relating to vehicle types H72, H86, H87, H88, and H89.
In the Schedule, Part 2, after the item relating to RUC vehicle type number H74, insert:
Michael Webster,Clerk of the Executive Council.
This note is not part of the regulations, but is intended to indicate their general effect.
These regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2015, amend the Road User Charges Regulations 2012 by—
prescribing new RUC vehicle type numbers H01 and H77; and
revoking references to RUC vehicle type numbers H72, H86, H87, H88, and H89.
