Registered Architects Amendment Rules 2015

Pursuant to section 67 of the Registered Architects Act 2005, the New Zealand Registered Architects’ Board makes the following rules,—

(a)

after the approval of the Minister for Building and Housing required by section 69 of that Act; and

(b)

after complying with section 68 of that Act; and

(c)

after publishing and consulting as required by rule 93 of the Registered Architects Rules 2006.
