Definition of large passenger-service vehicle: to omit “passenger-service”

To insert the following definition after the definition of local authority (after line 4 on page 9):
Minister means the Minister of the Crown who, under the authority of any warrant or with the authority of the Prime Minister, is responsible for the administration of this Act
Definition of performance standards: to omit “commercial”
in each place where it appears (lines 31, 33, and 38 on page 9 and lines 2, 4, and 6 on page 10).
Paragraph (a) of the definition of public transport service: to omit “paragraphs (b) and (c)”
