(aa) be satisfied that the plan contributes to each of the following:
(i) assisting economic development:
(ii) assisting safety and personal security:
(iii) improving access and mobility:
(iv) protecting and promoting public health:
(v) ensuring environmental sustainability; and
Paragraph (a)(i): to omit this subparagraph (lines 2 to 7 on page 39).
