This Act is the Aquaculture Reform (Repeals and Transitional Provisions) Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
That Part 2 be a separate Bill, and that for the Part 2 heading there be substituted the following enacting words and clauses:

This Act is the Fisheries Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

This Act is the Maori Commercial Aquaculture Claims Settlement Amendment Act 2008.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
