Add to web feed This Supplementary Order Paper sets out proposed minor technical amendments to new section 7(1) and (3) of the Tariff Act 1988, which are inserted by clause 6 of the Bill. The amendments are drafting changes intended to make these new provisions clearer.
New note 3 of Schedule 1 is also amended to clarify that the preferential abbreviation GB applies to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands.
