Clause 95
Replace clause 95(2) (lines 23 to 25 on page 81) with:
(2) However,—(a) a patent is not in force for the purposes of this Act until it is granted; and(b) see section 77, which confers certain pre-grant rights, but only after the relevant complete specification becomes open to public inspection.
