Replace clause 130 (lines 28 to 34 on page 98) with:
130 Maintenance fees and renewal fees not payable while directions in force(1) No maintenance fees are payable for any period during which directions that are given under section 125 are in force.(2) No renewal fees are payable for any period during which directions that are given under section 125 are in force if a patent is granted for an application for which directions have been given.Compare: 1953 No 64 s 25(4)
