Clause 246
Replace clause 246 (lines 14 to 18 on page 131) with:
246 Requests for patent information and certified copiesThe Commissioner must, if a person requests it in the prescribed manner, give the person—(a) a copy of, or extract from, a patent or any registered document that is certified by the Commissioner as a true copy or extract of the original for the purposes of section 252:(b) a certificate as to any of the matters stated in section 253:(c) any prescribed information concerning a patent or patent application.Compare: 1953 No 64 s 90
