Clause 295
Replace clause 295(1) and (2) (lines 8 to 12 on page 156) with:
(1) All of the provisions of the Patents Act 1953 (except as set out in section 295A) are repealed.(2) However, the Patents Regulations 1954 are not consequentially revoked (and may continue to be amended or revoked under section 114 of the Patents Act 1953).
