Clause 297
Replace clause 297(1) (lines 19 to 23 on page 157) with:
(1) An Order in Council made under section 77 of the Patents Act 1953 that is in force immediately before the commencement of this section—(a) continues in force, despite section 295, as if made under this Act:(b) may be amended or revoked as if made under this Act.
