That the enacting words, clauses 1 and 2, and Part 1 be a separate Bill, and that the enacting words, clauses 1 and 2, and the Part 1 heading be replaced with:

This Act is the Crimes Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

That subpart 1 of Part 2 be a separate Bill, and that the Part 2 heading and the subpart 1 heading be replaced with:

1 Title

This Act is the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on 1 July 2017.

That subpart 2 of Part 2 be a separate Bill, and that the subpart 2 heading be replaced with:

The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:

1 Title

This Act is the Companies Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.

That subpart 3 of Part 2 be a separate Bill, and that the subpart 3 heading be replaced with:

1 Title

This Act is the Criminal Investigations (Bodily Samples) Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

This Act comes into force on the earlier of the following:

This Act is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Amendment Act 2015.

2 Commencement

Section 58 of this Act comes into force on the earlier of the following:

(a)

a date appointed by the Governor-General by Order in Council:

the day that is 90 days after the date on which the Act receives the Royal assent.

Section 59 of this Act comes into force on the day after the date on which the Act receives the Royal assent.
