The lands described in the Schedule hereto are hereby reserved, and shall, from and after the passing of this Act, vest in the Bluff Harbour Board as constituted by The Bluff Harbour Board Act 1876, and shall be held by the said Board upon trust for the use and benefit of the Bluff Harbour, subject to the provisions of The Harbours Act 1878: Provided that nothing herein contained shall authorize the said Board to sell, mortgage, lease, or otherwise dispose of any portion of the said lands.

Schedule

All that piece of land within the County of Southland, containing by estimation 8,500 acres, more or less, lying between low-water mark and high-water mark, constituting the foreshore of Bluff Harbour and Awarua Bay, and extending from Starling Point along the western, northern, and eastern margins of Bluff Harbour; thereafter along the northern, eastern, and southern margins of Awarua Bay; thence again along the eastern margin of Bluff Harbour and the entrance thereto to Te Wai Point, the point of termination, including the Railway Pier Reserve, Campbelltown: as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the Survey Office, Invercargill.
