All that piece or parcel of land containing twelve acres, more or less, situated on the foreshore of the Bluff Harbour, and commencing at a point five hundred and seventy links, at a bearing of two degrees from the extreme north-east corner of Block one in the Town of Campbelltown; thence one thousand and seventy links, at a bearing of two hundred and seventy-nine degrees one minute; thence one hundred links, at a bearing of one hundred and ninety-eight degrees one minute; thence three thousand nine hundred and fifty links, at a bearing of two hundred and seventy-nine degrees one minute, to a point at high-water mark on the said foreshore opposite Section five, Block five, Campbelltown aforementioned; thence five thousand three hundred links or thereabouts along high-water mark to the point of commencement: as the same is delineated on the plan marked M.D. 622a, deposited in the Marine Office, Wellington.
