ALL that piece of land covered by sea situate in the Harbour of Port Nicholson, containing by admeasurement thirteen (13) perches, more or less, and coloured brown on the plan hereinafter referred to. Bounded towards the East by the production southward of the western boundary of the land described in Schedule 3 hereto, one hundred and ninety-two (192) links; towards the South-west by the production of the South-western boundary of the land described in Schedule 1 hereto, one hundred and two (102) links; and towards the North-west by the Te Aro Foreshore Grant of 1874, being part of the south-eastern boundary of the land comprised in Schedule 1, one hundred and sixty-five (165) links. Be all the aforesaid areas and linkages more or less.
As the said pieces of land are more particularly delineated on the plan marked MD 819, deposited in the office of the Marine Department, Wellington.
