An Act to amend “The Havelock Commonage Act, 1877.”

Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient to amend “The Havelock Commonage Act, 1877” (hereinafter called “the said Act”):

Be it therefore enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Havelock Commonage Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1894.”

2 Second section of “The Havelock Commonage Act 1877,” amended.

The following alteration shall be made in the second section of the said Act: namely, in the third line thereof, before the name “Robert,” to strike out the word “and,” and after the name “Sutherland” the following names shall be inserted: “Frederick Ellis, Duncan McTaggart, Thomas Fisher, and Robert York.”
