The Short Title of this Act is The Dannevirke Education Reserve Transfer Act 1905.

The School Commissioners of the Hawke's Bay Provincial District are hereby empowered to, and shall whenever called upon to do so by the Minister of Education, transfer the title of Suburban Section No 75, Block III, Tahoraite Survey District, situated within the boundaries of the Borough of Dannevirke, and containing five acres and twenty-four perches, being an education reserve, to the Governors of the Dannevirke High School and their successors in office, for educational purposes.

All deeds and instruments of assurance necessary for the purpose of giving effect to the dispositions of land authorised by this Act may be executed by the bodies respectively concerned.
