This Act may be cited as the Urewera District Native Reserve Amendment Act, 1910.

Section fifty of the Native Land Act, 1909, shall apply to the orders referred to in section three of the Urewera District Native Reserve Amendment Act, 1909, as if those orders were final orders of the Native Land Court; and in pursuance of the said section fifty of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Native Appellate Court shall have and may exercise, so far as applicable, with respect to the first-mentioned orders, all the powers conferred upon it by the Native Land Act, 1909, in the case of appeals from final orders of the Native Land Court:

Provided that leave to appeal shall not be granted by the Chief Judge in any such case without the precedent consent of the Governor in Council.
