An Act to amend the Wyndham Recreation Reserve Act, 1877.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1 Short Title.
This Act may be cited as the Wyndham Recreation Reserve Amendment Act, 1915, and shall form part of and be read together with the Wyndham Recreation Reserve Act, 1877 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).
2 Section 2 of principal Act repealed.
Section two of the principal Act is hereby repealed.
3 Lands vested in the Wyndham Town Board.
The land described in the Schedule to the principal Act is hereby vested in the Wyndham Town Board, and the trustees in whom the said land is vested immediately prior to the passing of this Act shall on the passing of this Act vacate their office.
4 Section 4 of principal Act amended.
Section four of the principal Act is hereby amended by omitting the words “Wyndham Recreation Reserve Trust,”
and substituting the words “Wyndham Town Board.”
5 Section 5 of principal Act amended.
Section five of the principal Act is hereby amended—
(a.)
By omitting the words “Wyndham Recreation Reserve Trust,”
and substituting the words “Wyndham Town Board”
; and
(b.)
By omitting the words “one year,”
and substituting the words “three years.”
6 Section 6 of principal Act repealed.
Section six of the principal Act is hereby repealed.
