This Act may be cited as the Hutt Road Amendment Act, 1922, and shall form part of and be read together with the Hutt Road Amendment Act, 1917 (hereinafter termed the said Act).

Subsection one of section three of the said Act is hereby amended by adding the words “bitumen or such other permanent material as may be considered suitable by the said Council” after the word “concrete.”

Subsection two of section three of the said Act is hereby amended by adding the words “bitumen or other permanent material” after the word “concrete.”

Subsection one of section four of the said Act is hereby amended by omitting the word “thirty,” and substituting the word “fifty.”

Section ten of the said Act is hereby amended by adding the words “bitumen or other permanent material” after the word “concrete.”
