An Act to amend the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Act, 1927.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Amendment Act, 1929.

2 Amendment of section 32 of the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Act, 1927.

Section thirty-two of the Wellington City and Suburban Water-supply Act, 1927, is hereby amended by repealing the words “three thousand pounds” in subsection one thereof, and substituting therefor the words “five thousand pounds.”
