An Act to amend the North Shore Drainage Act 1963

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

  • This Act may be cited as the North Shore Drainage Amendment Act 1966 and shall be read together with and deemed part of the North Shore Drainage Act 1963 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Section 57 of principal Act amended

  • Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph (b) of subsection (1) of section 57 of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the words “all the” which follow the words “aggregate population of”, and substituting the words “the respective” for the words deleted.
