An Act to amend the Palmerston North Reserves Act 1922

BE IT ENACTED by the Parliament of New Zealand as follows:

1 Short Title

This Act may be cited as the Palmerston North Reserves Amendment Act 1994, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Palmerston North Reserves Act 1922 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

2 Land omitted from Second Schedule

The principal Act is hereby amended by inserting, after section 2, the following section:

“2A

Notwithstanding the provisions of section 2 of this Act, all that parcel of land containing 1.1150 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2 on Deposited Plan 76874 (Wellington Registry) shall be deemed to be omitted from the Second Schedule to this Act.”
