Pursuant to section 10 of the Hawke's Bay Endowment Land Empowering Act 2002, Her Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.

1 Title

This order is the Hawke's Bay Endowment Land Empowering Act (Schedule 1) Order 2006.

2 Commencement

This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.

3 Interpretation

In this order, Act means the Hawke's Bay Endowment Land Empowering Act 2002.

4 Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 of the Act is amended by inserting the following item after the item relating to LOT 175 DP 12548, D4/1523:

Explanatory note

This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, amends Schedule 1 of the Hawke's Bay Endowment Land Empowering Act 2002 to add land that was omitted in error.
