This Act may be cited as the Otago Presbyterian Church Board of Property Act Amendment Act, 1907, and shall be read together with and form part of the Otago Presbyterian Church Board of Property Act, 1906 (hereinafter called the principal Act).

2 Repeal and substitution of Schedules.

Schedules A, B, C, D, and E of the principal Act are hereby repealed as from the passing of that Act, and for each of the Schedules so repealed there is hereby substituted as from the passing of that Act the Schedule of this Act which bears the same distinguishing letter as the Schedule repealed.

Schedule C First Part

All that parcel of land, situate in the City of Dunedin, being part of Reserve No. 4 and part of Block L on the public map of the said city: bounded towards the north-west by Moray Place, 654·14 links; towards the north-east by Blocks XV and LII, Dunedin aforesaid, 690 links; towards the south-east by High Street, 654·14 links; and towards the south-west by other part of said Block L and Reserve No. 4 aforesaid, now known as Macandrew Street, 690 links: excepting thereout so much thereof as now forms part of Cumberland Street. Part of the saidparcel of land is under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, as appearing in certificate of title, Vol xciv, folio 81, and Vol. lviii, folio 79.

Second Part

All that parcel of land, situate in the City of Dunedin, containing 3 roods 7·1 poles, more or less, being the reserve marked as the Manse Reserve (or Reserve No. 10) on the record map of the said city, and also part of the land originally granted to the Superintendent of Otago for harbour-reclamation purposes: bounded as follows—towards the north-west by Princes Street, as widened, 350 links; towards the north-east by Jetty Street, 227 links; towards the south-east by Bond Street, 350 links; and towards the south-west by part of Block XXXIX, 227 links: be all the said measurements a little more or less.

All that parcel of land, situate in the North-east Valley District, being section numbered 4 on the record map of the said district.

Schedule E

All that parcel of land, situate in the City of Dunedin, being Reserve No. 5 and Block LI on the public map of the said city, which parcel of land is partly held under the Deeds Registration Act (see Crown Grant 1794) and partly under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act (see certificates of title, Register-book, Vol xvii, folio 183, and Vol xviii, folio 55).
