BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title
2 Correcting an error in section 2 of Christ's College (Canterbury) Act 1928

  • Section two of The Christ's College (Canterbury) Act 1928, is hereby amended by deleting from the proviso thereto the words “eight thereof contained”, and substituting the words “six of the last-mentioned Act.”
