Pursuant to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
Order
1 Title and commencement
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1992.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
2 Authorised Trust Boards

Schedule 1 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981 (as amended by clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1982 (SR 1982/274), clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1985 (SR 1985/110), and clause 2 of the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 1990 (SR 1990/299)) is hereby amended by adding the names of the Aotearoa ki te Upoko o te Ika Trust Board and the Waiapu Anglican Social Services Trust Board.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order declares the Aotearoa ki te Upoko o te Ika Trust Board and the Waiapu Anglican Social Services Trust Board to be authorised Trust Boards for the purposes of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 6 August 1992.
