Preamble
At Wellington this 16th day of October 2006
Pursuant to section 8 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice of the Minister of Justice given at the request of the General Synod of the Anglican Church, and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Anglican Church Trust Boards Order 2006.
2 Commencement
This order comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette.
3 Authorised Trust Boards
Schedule 1 of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981 is amended by adding
“The Bishop's Action Foundation”
.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force on the 28th day after the date of its notification in the Gazette, declares The Bishop's Action Foundation to be an authorised Trust Board for the purposes of the Anglican Church Trusts Act 1981.
Issued under the authority of the Acts and Regulations Publication Act 1989.
Date of notification in Gazette: 19 October 2006.
