I	Short Title.
II	Stewart’s Island annexed to Southland.

An Act to annex Stewart’s Island in the Colony of New Zealand to the Province of Southland.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:—

I Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act shall be “Stewart’s Island Annexation Act 1863.”

II Stewart’s Island annexed to Southland.

Stewart’s Island is hereby annexed to the Province of Southland and shall henceforth for all purposes whatsoever be deemed and taken to be within the boundaries and a part of the said Province.
