An Act to continue “The Arms Act 1860” (Temporary).

Preamble.

WHEREAS it is expedient that “The Arms Act 1860” as amended by “The Arms Act Continuance Act 1861” should be continued in operation:

Be it therefore enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows:

I Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Arms Act Continuance Act 1864.”

II Arms Act 1860 continued.

“The Arms Act 1860” as amended by “The Arms Act Continuance Act 1861” shall continue in force until the end of the next Session of the General Assembly.
