An Act to apply out of the Ordinary Revenue the sum of £100,000 to the Service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in
Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows—
1 Short Title.
The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Imprest Supply Act 1867.”
2 £100,000 advanced on Imprest towards service of year ending 30th June 1868.
Out of the Ordinary Revenue of the Colony there may he issued and applied towards making good the supply granted to Her Majesty by way of Imprest for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight in addition to the sums mentioned in the Civil List Act and other Acts any sums of money not exceeding one hundred thousand pounds to be charged in the manner hereinafter to be expressed in any Act or Acts passed in this present session of Parliament for appropriating the Public Revenues of the Colony for the year ending the thirtieth day of June one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight.
