An Act to amend “The Naturalization Act 1866.”
Preamble.
WHEREAS in the Schedule B. to “The Naturalization Act 1866”
the name of the person named in the Schedule hereto is inserted as “Manheim Krakout”
and doubts are entertained whether such person has been effectually naturalized by the said Act
Be it therefore enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows—
1 Short Title.
The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Naturalization Act 1866 Amendment Act 1867.”
2 Person named in Schedule naturalized.
The person particularly described in the Schedule to this Act shall to all intents and purposes within the Colony of New Zealand be deemed and taken to be and to have been from the date set opposite to his name a natural-born subject of Her Majesty as if he had been born within the realm of England.
