An Act to defer the execution of a Lease of the Awatere Shearing Reserve in the Province of Marlborough.
BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled and by the authority of the same as follows—
1 Short Title.
The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Marlborough Reserve Leasing Act 1868.”
2 Superintendent not to execute lease.
It shall not be lawful for the Superintendent of the Province of Marlborough to execute any lease of the block of land or any portion thereof described in the Schedule hereto before the expiration of the next Session of the General Assembly.
