An Act to amend “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870.”

Preamble.

WHEREAS a clerical error has occurred in sections twenty-five and twenty-six of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” which it is expedient to correct:

Be it therefore enacted by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Auckland Waste Lands Act 1870 Amendment Act, 1872.”

2 Sections 25 and 26 amended.

In sections twenty-five and twenty-six of “The Auckland Waste Lands Act, 1870,” where the words “twenty-four” occur, the words “twenty-three” shall be substituted therefor.

Auckland Waste Lands Act 1870 Amendment Act 1872
