WHEREAS certain lands in the district of Waiuku, in the Province of Auckland, have been purchased from the Native owners on behalf of Her Majesty, and at the time of such purchase it was agreed that certain lands should be reserved for such Natives; but such lands were not specified or set apart at the time of such purchase: And whereas certain lands have been set apart out of the lands so purchased as aforesaid for the use of certain Natives who have agreed with the Bishop of Auckland that a portion thereof, being the parcel of land described in the Schedule, should be sold to’ him as a site for a church, and a church has been built thereon, and part payment of the purchase money has been made, and an agreement made to pay the residue thereof on the issue of a Crown grant: And whereas it is expedient that authority should be given to issue a grant for such land.:
