The Short Title of this Act shall be “The Imprest Supply Act, 1877 (No. 5).”

Out of the Public Account there may be issued and applied, towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty by way of Imprest for the service of the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight, in addition to the sums mentioned in the Civil List Act, “The Imprest Supply Act, 1877,” “The Imprest Supply Act, 1877 (No. 2),” “The Imprest Supply Act, 1877 (No. 3),” “The Imprest Supply Act, 1877 (No. 4),” and other Acts, any sums of money not exceeding in the whole one hundred and fifty thousand pounds (£150,000), to be charged in the manner hereafter to be expressed in any Act or Acts passed in this present session of Parliament for appropriating the Public Revenues of the colony for the year ending the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.
