An Act to amend “The Property Assessment Act, 1879.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Property Assessment Act Amendment Act, 1880.”

2 Governor in Council may prescribe forms of statements of property.

Notwithstanding anything contained in “The Property Assessment Act, 1879,” the Governor in Council may from time to time prescribe the form in which any statement of property required by the aforesaid Act shall be furnished, and the particulars that shall be stated in relation to any such property.

Any statement made in such prescribed form shall be deemed to be sufficient for the purposes of the aforesaid Act.
