An Act to amend “The Sheep Act, 1878.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

1 Short Title

The Short Title of this Act is “The Sheep Act Amendment Act, 1882.”

2 Section 23 of “The Sheep Act, 1878,” suspended in Marlborough District.

The operation of section twenty-three of “The Sheep Act, 1878,” shall be deemed to have been suspended in the District of Marlborough from the first day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two, until the thirty-first day of August, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.
