2	Power of making reserves revived for two years.

An Act to enlarge the Time wherein Reserves for Natives may be made under “The Waikato Confiscated Lands Act, 1880.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Waikato Confiscated Lands Act, 1884.”

2 Power of making reserves revived for two years.

The power of the Governor to make reserves of land under section two of “The Waikato Confiscated Lands Act, 1880,” is hereby revived, and any such reserve may be made under the aforesaid section at any time before the expiration of two years from the passing of this Act:

Proviso as to further extension.

Provided that if the conditions of this Act be not accepted within two years it shall not be further extended.
