An Act for appointing Additional Members to the Board constituted under “The Public Trust Office Act, 1872.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Public Trust Office Act 1872 Amendment Act, 1886.”

2 Public Trust Office Board reconstituted

The Minister for Native Affairs, the Surveyor-General, and the Property-tax Commissioner, for the time being respectively, shall hereafter be members of the Board constituted under “The Public Trust Office Act, 1872;” and the Controller and Auditor-General shall cease to be a member of the said Board.
