An Act to amend “The North Island Main Trunk Railway Loan Application Act Amendment Act, 1889.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The North Island Main Trunk Railway Loan Application Amendment Act, 1891.”

2 Operation of section five extended for one year longer.

Section five of “The North Island Main Trunk Railway Loan Application Act Amendment Act, 1889,” and all other provisions of that Act and of any other Act referred to in that Act, shall be read and construed as if the words “three years” had been originally inserted in the place of the words “two years” where they occur in the said section.
