An Act to make Provision for the Representation of the Borough of Kaitangata on the Clutha River Board.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The River Boards Act Amendment Act, 1895.”

2 Section 13 of “The River Boards Act 1884 Amendment Act, 1885,” amended.

Section thirteen of “The River Boards Act 1884 Amendment Act, 1885,” is hereby amended by the substitution of the word “eight” for the word “seven” in the second paragraph, and by the insertion of the words “one by the Borough of Kaitangata,” after the word “Balclutha,” in the last paragraph.
