An Act to amend “The Native Townships Act, 1895.”

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Native Townships Act Amendment Act, 1898.”

2 Repeal.

Subsection three of section three of “The Native Townships Act, 1895,” is hereby repealed.
