An Act to apply a Sum of Money out of the Public Account and other Accounts to the Service of the Year ending the Thirty-first Day of March, One thousand nine hundred and three.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

The Short Title of this Act is “The Imprest Supply Act, 1902 (No. 3).”

2 Imprest grants.

In addition to all sums otherwise granted, there may be issued and applied, by way of imprest, towards making good the supply granted to His Majesty for the service of the year ending the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and three,—

(1.)

Out of the respective funds and accounts (being part of the Public Account) specified in the First Schedule hereto, any sums of money not exceeding in the whole four hundred and sixty-five thousand pounds, as set forth in that Schedule;

(2.)

Out of the respective accounts mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto, the respective sums therein set forth, not exceeding in the whole ten thousand pounds.

3 To be charged as expressed in future Act.

The aforesaid sums shall be charged in the manner hereafter to be expressed in any Act or Acts passed in this present session of Parliament for appropriating the public revenues of the colony for the year ending the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and three.
