An Act to amend the Fisheries Conservation Act Amendment

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Fisheries Conservation Act Amendment Act, 1907.

2 Trout-fishing season in Rotorua County extended.

Notwithstanding anything in section two of the Fisheries Conservation Act Amendment Act, 1903, the Governor may in any year, by notification in the Gazette, extend the open season for trout-fishing in the Acclimatisation District of Rotorua, or any part thereof, to the thirty-first day of May, inclusive, in that year.
