An Act to amend the Trustees Act 1883 Amendment Act, 1891.

BE IT ENACTED by the General Assembly of New Zealand in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1 Short Title.

This Act may be cited as the Trustees Amendment Act, 1907.

2 Section 12 of the Amendment Act of 1891 amended.

Section twelve of the Trustees Act 1883 Amendment Act, 1891, is hereby amended by inserting the words “maintenance or” after the words “from time to time for the” in the said section.
