Contents
The Parliament of New Zealand enacts as follows:
1 Title
This Act is the Industrial and Provident Societies Amendment Act 2007.
2 Commencement
This Act comes into force on the day after the date on which it receives the Royal assent.
3 Principal Act amended
This Act amends the Industrial and Provident Societies Act 1908.
4 Registry of societies
Section 5(b) is amended by omitting
“3 written or printed copies”
and substituting“a written or printed copy”
.
5 Rules and amendments
Section 7(b) is amended by omitting
“3 copies”
and substituting“a copy”
.
