Preamble
At Wellington this 31st day of July 2006
Pursuant to section 2(2) of the Judicature Amendment Act 2006, Her Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, makes the following order.
1 Title
This order is the Judicature Amendment Act 2006 Commencement Order (No 2) 2006.
2 Commencement of section 7 of Judicature Amendment Act 2006
Section 7 of the Judicature Amendment Act 2006 comes into force on 1 September 2006.

Explanatory note
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order brings into force, on 1 September 2006, section 7 of the Judicature Amendment Act 2006.
This section inserts section 26IB in the Judicature Act 1908. Section 26IB provides for a Judge or Associate Judge to preside at the hearing of certain matters by video link.
Issued under the authority of the Legislation Act 2019.
